Our family comes from “the Bayou” Donaldsonville, Louisiana. Dad was our Chef growing up and he cooks the very best Shrimp Creole, Shrimp Scampi and Gumbo! We are grateful that he also passed his Cajun/ Creole recipes on to us. We hope that you enjoy our Gumbo, as it is cooked with the best spices, healthy ingredients and more importantly, prepared with love! That’s why we’re “Smothered in Gumbo”
